About Me
Welcome to my Pilates community! I am thrilled to share my journey and passion for Pilates with you. For the past 38 years, Pilates has been an integral part of my life, a guiding force that has transformed not only my body but also my overall well-being.
Living with lordosis has posed its challenges, often leaving me with excruciating back pain that I’ve battled for as long as I can remember. However, Pilates was the breakthrough I desperately needed. This incredible practice not only alleviated my pain but also provided me the tools to streamline my posture, helping me cultivate a body that is both strong and flexible. Through my Pilates journey, I discovered how to support my body during my pregnancies, ensuring that I remained healthy and pain-free.
My experience has instilled in me a deep belief that if I can overcome these challenges, so too can anyone else. That is the inspiration behind my work: to create a welcoming, supportive community where individuals can embark on their own journeys toward strength, flexibility, and a pain-free life.

What should I wear to pilates?
Where something you are comfortable to move in - tights and a t-shirt.
What should I bring to pilates?
Bring a towel, water, and grip socks if you have them.
Mobile Phone/ Smart Watch Etiquette
Please keep phones on silent and in the cubes provided.
Smartwatches should also be on silent. If you need to take a call, kindly step outside. Let’s keep the space focused and distraction-free. This is your time to move, reset, and shine.
How can I pay for sessions?
We accept credit card, cash and PAY ID at the studio. You can also pay as you book online via the Pilates by Tracy booking app.
What is your cancellation policy?
Pilates by Tracy cancellation policy is up to 12 hours before the start of the class. You can cancel via the website, or via the booking app.
Can I get a refund?
All sessions are non refundable. If you cancel within the given time frame you will receive a class credit and you can rebook using the credit. If you cancel less that 12 hours before your session your forfeit the session fee.
How early can I come to my class?
As most classes run back to back, please show up to your class a few minutes before the class starts. Your reformer is already booked and will be waiting for you.
How can I pay for sessions?
You can pay as you book online via the Pilates by Tracy booking app, or website. We also accept credit card, cash and PAY ID at the studio.
Where are you located?
The studio is at 6/45 Fourth Avenue Blacktown (just off Sunnyhold Road). Parking is available. The studio is also accessible by train and bus.
